You will receive a referral from your dentist. Exam appointments are available to every patient. However, unless you have special needs, are medically compromised, require a difficult or different type of procedure, or would like to meet us, exam appointments are not required.

Most of our patients receive an intravenous anesthetic (''go to sleep'') for their procedure. Unless you know your procedure is going to be ''simple'', you will need to prepare for this anesthetic. The requirements are, nothing to eat or drink for eight hours, including water and someone to drive you home. If you take routine medication or require pre-medication, please let us know. You will need x-rays that are less than one year old. If you do not have one, we will be happy to take one in our office.
